The FitnessGlo Barre classes are sequences of movements that are inspired from the worlds of Ballet, Modern Dance and Mind/body classes. FitnessGlo barre classes are designed to sculpt your body and strengthen and elongate your muscles. Using finely crafted sequencing by some of the best instructors in the country, our barre classes are designed to deliver high results and an elevated barre experience.

Barre Blast Classes - are higher intensity non stop barre workout that shift between traditional barre work and higher intensity center floor moves. Designed to keep the heart rate elevated throughout the entire workout our Barre Blast classes will be low on impact but high on intensity and results.

Barre Blend Classes - build on the foundation of a traditional barre class and then interweave movements inspired from the worlds of modern dance, yoga, pilates and Tai Chi. These formats give variety to each class and focus on posture, balance and also sculpting a long lean body of a dancer.
